How do I create an account?
	1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer". Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. How do I edit my account information?
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much are my U.S. shipping charges?
	Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. U.S. shipping has two flat rate prices. Priority shipping $9.00 and Express $23.00. Free shipping is available for orders over $199 (U.S. shipping only).
I forgot my password.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.

What is your U.S. return policy?
	This return policy applies to U.S. orders only. Simply ship the unopened/unused product(s) back within 30 days of invoice date for a complete refund less shipping charges. When will my U.S. order ship?
	Your order will ship within 48-72 hours after it is placed. Express orders will ship within 24-48 hours after it is placed. When your order has been finalized and shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email along with tracking information.
