International Shipping
My package was seized by customs.....now what?
	If your package is seized by customs you must provide Cyba-Labs with the seizure notice within 60 days of the original purchase date. Once the notice is provided we will reship the product(s) one time at no additional cost. If the product does not make it through customs the second time no refund will be issued. If the customer does not wish for the product to be reshipped they will be eligible for the refund noted in our International Shipping Policy. **PLEASE NOTE: Cyba-Labs recommends that you be aware of the rules and regulations regarding customs in your country. International shipments that are subject to customs duties upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving party. The customer is responsible for any additional taxes or fees acquired through customs upon entrance.
Do you ship to my country?
	Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
	Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.  International shipping has three flat rate prices. Canadian Flat Rate $14(only for Canada orders). Standard Global $20.00 and Global Priority $40.00. We will ship your order within three (3) business days after receiving the order and payment.
What is the international return policy?
	Upon the customers receipt of the product(s) all international sales are final. If the package is seized by customs and the customer does not  wish for the products to be reshipped and a seizure notice is provided  to Cyba-Labs within 60 days of the original purchase the eligible  refund will be a 65% refund (35% restocking) of the order total.  Shipping charges are not refundable.
